These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Team Solana website, located at teamsolana.com, and any related digital properties, services, forms, or communications (collectively, the "Site") operated by Team Solana ("Team Solana," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

Team Solana is an independent development studio and builder community that creates products using the Solana blockchain and related technologies. The Site provides information about Team Solana's services, projects, developer network, educational resources, and community programs.

Through the Site, you may:

•Submit project ideas for evaluation and potential development
•Apply to join the Team Solana developer and creative network
•Access educational content about Solana and blockchain technology
•Subscribe to newsletters and project updates
•Contact Team Solana for business, partnership, or general inquiries

No Guarantee of Services. Accessing the Site does not create any obligation on the part of Team Solana to provide development services, accept project submissions, offer employment or contractor roles, provide funding, or enter into any business relationship with you.

Independent Organization. Team Solana is an independent development and community organization. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Solana Labs or the Solana Foundation.

Eligibility and User Conduct

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or submit any forms or applications. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

•Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
•Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or application
•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
•Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site
•Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Site
•Scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect data from the Site without our express written permission
•Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
•Use the Site to solicit, advertise, or promote products or services without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Our Content. The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — are owned by Team Solana or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site without our prior written consent, except as follows:

•Your computer may temporarily store copies of materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
•You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
•You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use

Your Submissions. By submitting project ideas, applications, or other content through the Site, you grant Team Solana a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and evaluate your submission for the purpose of assessing its suitability for development or collaboration. This license does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Team Solana.

Third-Party Marks. "Solana," the Solana logo, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Team Solana's use of these terms is descriptive and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Solana Labs or the Solana Foundation.

Project Submissions and Applications

No Obligation. Submitting a project idea, developer application, or partnership inquiry through the Site does not create any obligation on the part of Team Solana to accept, develop, fund, or respond to your submission.

Evaluation Criteria. Team Solana evaluates project submissions based on technical feasibility, legal considerations, resource availability, strategic alignment, market opportunity, and other factors at our sole discretion.

Confidentiality. While we treat submitted information with reasonable care, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of unsolicited project ideas. If you have proprietary information you wish to protect, we recommend consulting with a legal professional before submitting.

No Investment Relationship. Submitting a project does not create an investment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or any other business relationship between you and Team Solana.

Developer Network. Applying to the Team Solana developer network does not guarantee acceptance, assignment to projects, compensation, or employment. Project terms, compensation, intellectual property rights, and deliverables are defined separately before any work begins.

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Financial or Legal Advice. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice. Information provided is for general educational and informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial, legal, or investment decisions.

No Warranties. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Team Solana does not warrant that:

•The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
•The results that may be obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable
•The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Site will meet your expectations
•Any errors in the Site will be corrected

Blockchain and Digital Asset Risks. Blockchain technology and digital assets involve substantial risks. Team Solana does not guarantee the value, performance, liquidity, exchange listings, regulatory treatment, or continued operation of any blockchain network, digital asset, or project described on the Site.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEAM SOLANA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.IN NO EVENT SHALL TEAM SOLANA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Team Solana and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

•Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
•Any claim that your submitted content caused damage to a third party

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

Your interactions with third-party services, including any transactions, are solely between you and the third party. Team Solana shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your dealings with third parties.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
